Is the service products safe around my children and pets

All of the pest control products we use are people and pet friendly. We also strive to follow the product label when it comes to dilution rates and application methods. We will communicate where we apply products and types of products used for your information.

Do I need to service in the winter?

The need for pest control services in winter can vary depending on your specific circumstances and the type of pests you’re dealing with. While some pests may be less active during the colder months, others can still pose problems indoors.

Is pest control worth it?

While professional pest control services may involve an upfront cost they can provide long-term cost savings. Effective pest control can prevent future infestations and the associated expenses such as property damage, medical bills, and replacing contaminated food.

How often should I be receiving a pest control service?

For most residential areas we recommend a minimum of 4 services per year but ultimately depends the pest pressures that you are currently or will in the future encounter. We offer free touch ups in between services to help alleviate any issues.

Can I cancel my service at anytime?

Yes. If you feel our pest control service is not doing what was expected we can easily and comfortably cancel your services with only a 30-day notice.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Contract, NO. Service Agreement, YES. Our NON-BINDING service agreement acts more like a price lock guarantee rather than a contract locking your rate in for the term of the service agreement.

Must I be home for service?

Nope. If you would like service on the interior completed or are seeing pests inside please let us know at your convenience and we would be happy to come take a look.

To help prevent pests you can take several proactive measures.

Here are some effective steps that you can follow:

  4. Dispose of garbage properly.
  5. Remove standing water.
